Located at 901 Pearl Street in the heart of the Pearl Street Mall and is within walking distance from many of Boulder’s hotels. After dining you can catch an eclectic variety of live music on the mall or in the coffee houses and pubs along with several hotel lobbies.
The outstanding menu at Via Perla changes daily. This allows the chefs to showcase the wide variety of seasonal products that the areas many dedicated farmer’s bring to market. Year-round freshness is always on the menu.
A delicious blend of kale, red cabbage, walnuts and raisins along with a delicious Italian feta cheese finished with a white anchovy and garlic dressing.

That salad was all it took to keep us coming back the following two nights. It was so good that upon returning home I have made it at least a half dozen times…always searching for that perfect Via Perla balance of ingredients and flavor!
The outdoor patio (heated of course) had great views of the Flatirons as well as the lively street scene of locals and travelers alike. With Indian Summer in the air it had the unmistakable feel of dining in a Trattoria somewhere in the mountains of Italy just before the ski season.
Our third night was spent dining at a high-top table by the open kitchen. This type of seating has always appealed to us as you have a great view of the chefs, line cooks, runners, and wait staff as they jostle about in a highly choreographed version of controlled chaos. Always a fun experience.

Would we go back? Of course, we would. It was THAT good!
