Boulder checks many of the boxes that adventurous and fun-seeking travelers enjoy. Its close proximity to great rock climbing, hiking, road and mountain biking as well as river rafting make it an outdoor lovers paradise.
On a bright, sunny morning we departed Glasgow, took a bus to the port city of Cairnryan and boarded a ferry for the two-and-a-half hour journey to Belfast, Ireland.
The weather report promised a nice sunny day and our 2-hour flight from Porto was smooth and pleasant. However, once we We Landed in the Azores the sky turned gray and stormy.
Arriving in Oxford is an exhilarating experience. It can also be a bit overwhelming for a first time visitor.
It was a beautiful, sunny day when we landed at Heathrow. In addition to the beautiful weather we had the good fortune to be picked up by our long time friend
75 miles north of Los Angeles and 25 miles southeast of Santa Barbara the town of Ojai (Chumash Indian for ?nest?) is surrounded by the Topa Topa mountains and exudes a laid back ambiance that is increasingly hard to find in Southern California.
It?s unhurried pace will have you thinking you?re far more removed from the big city than you actually are.
